ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING PERIODS
1. GRATED COCONUT
Currently we accept orders with deliveries inside Thiruvananthapuram City Limits only, If we are not serving your location or pin code, orders will not be processed. If your order is not accepted online, you may double check with our customer care.
Orders received up to 10 am. will be delivered on the same day and those received afterwards will be delivered on the next business day. Deliveries will not be processed on Sundays, holidays and in circumstance which are beyond control of Easy and Fresh such as hartals, strikes, natural calamities etc. On such events orders will be processed on the next possible business day.
2. OTHER ITEMS
For all other items, currently orders are accepted on a pre order basis.
a) Inside Thiruvananthapuram City Limits
All orders placed from Thiruvananthapuram City Limits will be processed and delivered with in 2 to 4 business days. If we are experiencing high volume of of orders, shipment may be delayed few days and in such event we will contact you via email or phone.
Deliveries will not be processed on Sundays, holidays and in circumstance which are beyond control of Easy and Fresh such as hartals, strikes, natural calamities etc. On such events orders will be processed on the next possible business day.
Customers also have the choice of selecting their preferred delivery date for each items in the ordering form.
b) Outside Thiruvananthapuram City Limits.
Currently online order can be placed for customers from Thiruvananthapuram City only, others may contact us through email or phone.
ORDER QUANTITY
Minimum and maximum quantities are applicable for all items, which are indicated in every product pages, please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are applicable on orders as indicated below:
